Senior Vehicle Technician

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join our busy and growing workshop in Salisbury. This is a key role within the team, suited to someone confident in diagnostics, capable of working independently, and able to maintain a high standard of work across a wide range of vehicles.

The Role:

• Carrying out servicing, repairs, and advanced diagnostics

• Fault finding using diagnostic equipment

• Working on engines, clutches, timing belts, suspension, brakes, and more

• Supporting MOT preparation work

• Assisting junior technicians where needed

• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician (senior level)

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage workload

• Full UK driving licence

• MOT testing licence preferred but not essential
