We offer a £1,000 referral reward for introducing a successful new employee to our business. This scheme is open to employees and the general public.

To qualify:

• The referred candidate must be a new applicant

• The referrer must be named at the point of application

• The reward will be paid once the new employee:

  • Has been successfully hired

  • Has completed their probation period

  • Remains in employment at that point

• Only one referral reward will be paid per successful hire. If multiple referrals are received, the reward will go to the person named by the candidate when applying.

• The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time.
